Bridge Builders at Crossbridge Brickell

Every great story is built on a foundation of faithful leaders.

At Crossbridge Brickell, we call those leaders Bridge Builders.

A Bridge Builder isn’t just someone who attends a service—it’s someone who believes the gospel and joins the mission of Jesus in our city. Bridge Builders are men and women who joyfully invest their time, talent, and treasure to help build a church that builds bridges:

from doubt to faith,

from isolation to belonging,

from being far from God to close to Him.

This is more than membership. It’s covenant. It’s partnership. It’s choosing to say, “This is my church, and this is my mission.”

What Is a Bridge Builder Dinner?

  • Throughout the year, we host Bridge Builder Dinners—intentional, welcoming gatherings designed to help you take a deeper look at what it means to commit to the life of the church. Over a shared meal, you’ll hear the story of Crossbridge Brickell, learn our vision and values, and explore what it looks like to move forward together in meaningful community.

These dinners aren’t about pressure or perfection. They’re about clarity, prayerful discernment, and shared joy as we listen for what God is inviting us into.

From Spectator to Stakeholder

  • If you’ve been around for a while and feel a tug to step deeper into community and purpose, this step is for you.

Becoming a Bridge Builder means moving from spectator to stakeholder—from watching ministry happen to actively participating in what God is doing here. It’s an honor and a privilege we take seriously, and one we celebrate with joy.

Committing Your Time, Talent, and Treasure

  • Becoming a Bridge Builder is about offering your whole life—not out of obligation, but out of gratitude for what God has done for us in Christ.

    Time: Showing Up With Faithfulness

Committing your time means choosing to be present and engaged in the life of the church. It looks like prioritizing weekly worship, leaning into community, and creating margin in your schedule to walk alongside others.

Time is one of our most valuable resources. When we offer it to God, we’re saying, “This matters. These people matter. This mission matters.”

Talent: Using Your Gifts to Build Others Up

God has uniquely gifted each of us—not for self-promotion, but for the good of the Church and the flourishing of our city. Committing your talent means discovering how God has wired you and using those gifts to serve others with humility and joy.

Whether it’s welcoming guests, investing in the next generation, praying with people, leading, creating, organizing, or serving behind the scenes—your gifts help turn vision into lived reality.

Treasure: Giving as an Act of Worship

Committing your treasure means trusting God with your finances and participating in the mission through generous, joyful giving. We see giving not as a transaction, but as worship—a tangible way of declaring that Jesus is Lord over every part of our lives.

We recognize that generosity is a journey, and we invite Bridge Builders into a clear, grace-filled pathway:

    • Begin a Giving Journey
Take a first step of intentional generosity. Whether it’s your very first gift or your first step in a long time, beginning to give is a meaningful act of trust and obedience.

    • Become a Consistent Giver
Establish a regular rhythm of giving—weekly or monthly. Consistency forms us, anchoring generosity as a spiritual practice and aligning our hearts with God’s ongoing work.

    • Become a Sacrificial Giver
Grow into generosity that stretches beyond comfort and into deeper dependence on God. Sacrificial giving reflects the heart of the gospel itself—Jesus giving generously, even at great cost, for the life of the world.

A Shared Conviction, A Shared Mission

  • As a Bridge Builder, you stand with us in the conviction that the gospel changes everything. You commit to living out that good news together—worshiping faithfully, serving generously, giving sacrificially, and loving our city in the name of Jesus.

We would love to welcome you into this family of faith and into the mission God has entrusted to Crossbridge Brickell.

    Let’s build together.
